For admission in B.A. & B.Sc. : The Candidate should have secured minimum 40% marks at Intermediate or equivalent examination for B.A. and 45% marks for B.Sc. Classes.
For Admission in M.Sc. (Maths & Botany) : The candidate should have appeared in pre-admission test conducted by the University and passed. The University allots the college for admission to the passed candidates through the counsel. The University may allow the college to admit the students in M.Sc. (Maths Botany) on its own level keeping in view the minimum qualification prescribed by the University.
Sale of Admission forms and submission : The Admission procedure starts in the college during the month of June every year. Students are notified through College Notice Board.
Through Pumplets distributed and pasted at the prominent places i.e. Railway Station, Bus Station and Intermediate Colleges.
The Candidate purchase the admission form from the college on payment of prospectus and admission form fee.
After filling up the admission form student submit their form for admission in the college office.
The office send the application form to the admission committee for scrutiny and further action.
The admission committee prepares the list of eligible candidate for admission keeping in view the reservation policy and other relevant rules in this regards and display the same on the notice board.
Eligible students for admission are notified and asked to submit the original Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate etc. and issued challan forms for depositing prescribed fee at the bank.
On receipt of counter file of challan from the students admit card and fee receipt are issued by the office.
After taking the signature of the respective subject teacher on the admit card students submit the same to the office and only their after they are issued the identity card.
Class wise and subject wise Admission list along with Time-Table sent to all the teachers to start their classes.
The final class wise admission list along with college time-table and floppy is sent top University for issue of examination /enrollment for University examination.
University prescribed and academic calendar for its affiliated colleges which is enforced in the college through out the session.
As per class wise enrollment the practical examinations of B.Sc. and M.Sc. conducted in the college in the month of February.
As per examination scheme circulated by the University the examination commence at the college centre.
